Dr. Caoimhe Nic An tSaoir
Lonrú Consulting was founded by Caoimhe, a strategist operating at the intersection of molecular science, business administration, and digital product development.
With a PhD in Molecular Oncology and an MBA, she has spent more than 15 years driving innovation in Cell and Gene Therapy across multinational clinical programmes, government agencies, and venture-backed biotechnology companies.
That experience revealed a recurring execution problem: strategies often fail because the mechanisms, systems, and practical tools needed to implement them do not yet exist. Lonrú applies the scientific method to business by forming evidence-led hypotheses, testing them rigorously, and building the tools needed to turn strategy into action.
